The club is situated in north Galway and is made up of the two half parishes of Clonberne and Kilkerrin. We play our games in  Clonberne Community Sportsfield. Our club colours are red jerseys and white shorts.

The club achieved senior status for the first time at the end of the 1996 season when we won the Intermediate county league final by beating Ougherard by 1-07 to 1-4. Since then the team has done very well in the senior league our best position being in the Senoir B final in 2007 in which we were beaten by Michael Breathnach's. Unfortunately our performance in the championship has been disappointing  and we have yet tpprogress beyond the preliminary round.
